ISLAND COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT ELECTRONIC-FAX FILING INSTRUCTIONS
Documents may be filed by fax with Island County Superior Court under the following terms and conditions, in accordance with GR 17, Washington Rules of Court.
An electronic fax copy shall constitute an original for all court purposes. Do not mail original document to the Clerk for filing. We do not conform copies of electronically faxed filings.
APPROVED FOR ELECTRONIC FAXING: All documents, EXCEPT new Domestic Violence, Anti-Harassment case filings, and Wills, will be accepted by this service. See the Civil Protection Order link for directions for filing Domestic Violence and/or Anti-Harassment cases. Regarding Wills, the Clerk's office must have the original Will filed with the office.
Electronic Faxes must be completely received by 4:00 p.m. or it will be file stamped on the next business day.

STEP 2: Fill in the Filer information:
Important filing note: Due to the process we must use to digitally file stamp your document(s), both your filing and your payment must be (completely) received no later than 4:00 PM. If it is not received by this deadline it will be stamped the following business day.
