Implementation of the National Incident Management System -
NIMS - has been on-going since before 2004 and formally
documented with with a yearly plan since 2004.
The 2008 Island County NIMS Implementation Plan is linked below. The plan consists of the Base Plan and annexes. The first edition of the 2008 plan was published in early February with draft information. The Change #1 to that plan was published on 27 February and is the document that follows. The Change #1 is - for simplicity purposes - intended to be a complete replacement of the first 2008 plan.
