WAIVING MEDICAL COVERAGE

f you are waiving medical coverage in 2021 due to having qualified medical insurance elsewhere, Human Resources MUST receive this form from you each year that you waive coverage. Island County provides an HRA VEBA of $3000 per year to employees who waive medical coverage.
