Physical Activity

Physical activity can improve your health and reduce your risk of developing various chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease.

 

 
There are countless ways that one can be physically active, from walking to bike riding to gardening.
 
 
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests that children should be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day. Adults should be physically active for at least 30 minutes a day.
