Island County Notice of SEPA Determination

Island County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for Amendments to the Island County Comprehensive Plan TO AMEND OAK HARBOR'S URBAN GROWTH AREA TO INLCUDE PARCEL R13327-198-19800 AND TO DESIGNATE PARCEL PRIORITY GROWTH AREA. The amendment is proposed to facilitate the extension of water to the subject site to address a public health emergency.

Island County Notice of SEPA Determination

Island County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for proposed amendments to Island County Code 11.02,14.02A and 17.05A, adopting a set of voluntary development standards within the Special Flood Hazard Area (100-year floodplain) along the marine shoreline that will provide a streamlined permitting process for shoreline development.

Threshold Determination:

 Island County has determined that this non-project proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with Island County.

Island County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for proposed amendments to Island County Code 11.02,14.02A and 17.05A, adopting a set of voluntary development standards within the Special Flood Hazard Area (100-year floodplain) along the marine shoreline that will provide a streamlined permitting process for shoreline development.

Threshold Determination:

 Island County has determined that this non-project proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with Island County.
