ISLAND COUNTY PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTIntake of Complete Permit Applications and Required Items
Effective Date: July 13, 2020
Purpose: To establish a uniform policy for Permit Application Submittals
Building permit applications will be accepted at the Permit Counter between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Applications will only be accepted for processing and plan review when deemed complete at the front counter during intake. A complete application will consist of the following documents.
All application submittals must include a portable USB device containing a digital copy of the documents above. An application package that does not contain a digital storage device will be deemed incomplete. A complete permit submittal is required to ensure permits are processed in a timely manner. Permits deemed incomplete at the counter by Management will not be accepted.
Projects within a Noise Zone will be required to meet the following additional requirements.
