Due to Public Health Concerns, Island County Superior Court has signed several emergency orders. Please review the orders by clicking on the links below.

Masks are now required for anyone who is physically present in the courtroom. You must provide your own masks as the court will not provide them.

Please connect to the courtroom a minimum of five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled appearance. Please remain silent on the line until your case is called. When possible, please do not place your device on speaker phone as this creates feedback in the courtroom. For your convenience, we have attached the weekly court schedule below. As of July 1, 2020 Court Administration will no longer accept electronic working copies for the judges. Please hand deliver to Superior Court Administration at 101 NE 6th St, Coupeville, WA 98239 or mail working copies to PO BOX 5000, Coupeville, WA 98239. If you are needing information for filing documents with the Island County Clerk's office, please visit their website here
