Litigant you are representing yourself and therefore are responsible for all documents you file with the Court and present to the Judge.
Please read all documents and instructions carefully. Island County Superior Court offers services through a Court Facilitator for parties representing themselves (pro se) in family law. The Court Facilitator can help you by explaining the family law process, preparing documents, reviewing documents prepared by you, and answering questions you may have.
The Court Facilitator is NOT an attorney and CANNOT provide legal advice.
