The information for telephonic appearances is as follows:
Please connect to the courtroom a minimum of five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled appearance. Please remain silent on the line until your case is called. When possible, please do not place your device on speakerphone as this creates feedback in the courtroom. For your convenience, we have attached the weekly court schedule below. This will assist you in determining which courtroom you should be calling for your hearing. If you need further information/clarification please contact Court Administration at (360)679-7361.
Per Emergency Order No. 2020-8, all persons appearing for cases involving petitions for orders of protection shall appear by video via StarLeaf. You may appear by video by visiting www.starleaf.com. Once you are on the website, click the green button labeled "Join Meeting" on the upper right side (please see picture below).
After clicking "Join Meeting," you will be directed to a StarLeaf join meeting box where you will input the meeting ID (see picture below). Input the meeting ID that is associated with the Judge you will be appearing in front of and then click "Join Meeting."
Follow the instructions to open StarLeaf Launcher to join your meeting. Instructions vary depending on which web application you are using. If you need any assistance joining a StarLeaf hearing for a court appearance, please do not hesitate to contact Court Administration at (360)679-7361.
