The online SIMON portal has now opened for Island County employee self-service.
You are able to login to make open enrollment changes for dental, vision, paid voluntary benefits (Term Life, AD&D, LTD/STD buy-up plans, MetLife Legal and ID Theft Insurance) as well as make changes to personal information and beneficiaries.
Please note: if you need to make changes to medical you are not able to do this in SIMON. Please let Lindsey Hylton in Human Resources know if you need to make any changes to your medical- instructions were also sent in an email on 10/25/24.
The week of Oct. 14-18. Human Resources sent out instructions to emails we have on file in SIMON for all employees on how to create a SIMON account and login. It may be in your personal email or work email.
