Any registered voters in Island County interested in writing a 'con' statement for the 'Funding of 9-1-1 Emergency Systems, Operations and Facilities' on April's ballot may contact the Auditor/Elections Office at elections@islandcountywa.gov by the end of the day on Tuesday, Feb.y 25. The statement would be due by the end of the day on Friday, Feb. 28.
