With the Fourth of July rapidly approaching, attached is the list of fireworks legal for use in Unincorporated Island County (incorporated cities may have different laws). Please note, as of this year, the use of reloadable mortars is ILLEGAL in Island County and the date/time of discharge has been shortened by one day.
The discharge of fireworks is only legal on:
- July 3, 2025, between 9AM and 11PM
- July 4, 2025, between 9AM and 12 midnight.
