Melissa Frasch-Brown has worked for a decade providing social services to Island County low-income, homeless, and or disabled residents. As a case manager, Frasch-Brown worked in partnership with the Housing Authority and CADA to provide emergency shelter & transitional housing services to overcome homelessness. Now as the director of the Opportunity Council’s Island County Resource Center, she works diligently to develop and grow new partnerships, while maintaining relationships with organizations she has partnered with during her career.
