How to Access Vaccination Records
There are a few ways you can access your family's immunization information:
- Option 1: Sign up for MyIR Mobile at MyIRmobile.com to view and print your family's immunization information.
- Option 2: Request a complete immunization record from your healthcare provider, clinic, or local pharmacy
- Option 3: Request a complete immunization record from your child's school
- Option 4: Request a complete immunization record from the Department of Health

- All childhood immunizations are available for those under 19 whether insured or not at a DOH Childhood Vaccine Program (CVP) provider. See the DOH Map for Children’s Vaccine Program Providers or the listing of Childhood Immunizations Locations in Island County.
In addition, pharmacies in the area may offer some childhood immunizations for those with health insurance or payment out-of-pocket; however, Apple Health may not be accepted for those under 19. Contact the pharmacy to verify insurance coverage and vaccine availability.

Adult Immunization Information
It’s not just kids who need vaccines! Adults need to keep up to date on their vaccines. Protection from childhood vaccines can wear off over time. You may also be at risk for different diseases as an adult. Your adult immunization needs depend on your:

- Medical conditions.
- Travel plans.
- Vaccination history

Updates for Fall COVID-19 Vaccinations
- To make access easier for COVID-19 vaccines, the Washington State Department of Health (WA-DOH) has issued a standing order that allows pharmacists and other healthcare providers to vaccinate adults and children who choose protection or meet the above criteria. DOH recommends bringing a digital or printed copy of this standing order to your pharmacy or medical office.
- The updated 25-26 Covid-19 vaccines are starting to arrive to community pharmacies and clinics. We recommend calling ahead to check availability and confirming your insurance coverage. Apple Health (Medicaid) plans are covering vaccines recommended by WA-DOH. Find additional guidance under "Where to Find Immunizations" and we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
