The Assessment & Epidemiology division uses data, monitoring, and partnerships to identify health concerns, helping to prioritize public health and community resources.
- Collect Health Data: We conduct health assessments and compile data from across community services and partners.
- Unpack the data: We ask: What does this data tell us? We identify trends, gaps, and emerging health issues.
- Publications and Guidance: We use our data to guide programs and policy, in government and with partners.
- Partnerships: Provide data to community partners to help guide funding and decision-making.
- Monitoring Disease: Contact tracing, responding to outbreaks, and monitoring potential health risks.
