Court hearings may be reported by a traditional court reporter or recorded electronically. Please refer to the hearing minutes in the court case to determine which method was utilized for your hearing.
If the minutes indicate that the hearing was "RECORDED" and you would like a copy of the audio, please submit an Audio Recording Request Form (pdf) to Superior Court Administration in one of the following ways:

Starting January 15, 2026, copies of audio recordings are $25.00 per case and hearing date, per RCW 36.18.016(13). An additional $5.00 fee will be collected for those recordings that need to be mailed. Payment must be made to Superior Court Administration at the time of the request and in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or cash.
If the minutes indicate that the hearing was reported using a court reporter, you must complete the court reporter's transcript request form below and contact the Court Reporter directly.
