The Superior Court judges are available to conduct wedding ceremonies Monday through Friday at 4:30pm in the Law and Justice Center in Coupeville, Washington, by appointment only. There is a $75 cash-only fee (no checks, debit or credit cards, or any other electronic payment will be accepted) for the ceremony, and you must have two adult witnesses, as well as a valid marriage license. Your marriage license must be valid for 72 hours prior to your appointment.
