Health Resources for Refugees
A refugee is a person who is unable to return to their home country because of persecution, or a well-founded fear of persecution due to race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. Island County supports health and wellness in refugee and immigrant communities by cultivating a community of trusted support, providing essential programs, and making connections with available services and supports.
